IF YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU AND SMARTAD AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES IN BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO GO TO COURT INDIVIDUALLY OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION.

How To Use Our Services

Once you create an Account on our Platform, you can:

• Create and manage advertising campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics
• Store and organize your content

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of all content you create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and analyze your content to provide our Services
• Store and manage your content on our platform
• Use your content to improve our AI models (only with explicit consent)
• Display your content as directed by you within our platform

Content Creation Policy

When creating content through our platform, you must:

• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
